We're always on the lookout for talented new makers and collectors to set up shop at Craft Cville (formerly Fleaville). Our markets bring the Charlottesville community together in a celebration of the town's vibrant local arts scene and provide a great platform for up and coming artists to share their talents.  See below for application for upcoming events!

Cville Craftacular holiday market December 9, 2017

ABOUT THE SHOW:
Cville Craftacular is a juried, indie craft show and we are looking for artists and crafters who will wow us with their talent. Each year, we showcase a wide variety of work in categories that include jewelry, ceramics, paper goods, photography, candles, handbags, knit goods, artwork, and much more.  As in years past, we ask each vendor to consider donating one of their handmade items for the very popular giveaway which will be promoted on social media leading up to the event.

This year's show will be held from 10 am - 5 pm On Saturday December 9th.  We've moved the venue to the Carver Recreation Center at the historic Jefferson School for a completely indoor event.  

This year is the 12th year of Craftacular and we are expecting this to be the biggest event yet!

Please select your booth size. Please note - your entire set up must fit into the size booth you select so if you have concerns about a space being too small, please select a larger size. PLEASE NOTE, UNLIKE LAST YEAR THERE IS NO OPTION FOR FRIDAY SET UP. VENDORS WILL NEED TO SET UP ON SATURDAY MORNING 12/9 WITH SET UP BEGINNING AT 7 AM.

Do You Need Electricity for Your Set Up? *
Electricity may be available for a limited number of vendors and only for those located on a wall. Electricity is not guaranteed but we will try to accommodate as best we can.

Event Agreement (AKA fine print)- Please Read *
By applying to and participating in the Craftacular 2017 Holiday event, you agree to accept full responsibility for your vendor space, display, inventory and other possessions during the show, set-up and take-down. THIS YEAR OUR EVENT WILL BE HELD AT THE CARVER RECREATION CENTER AT THE JEFFERSON SCHOOL. The venue and those involved in coordinating this event (Charlottesville City Parks and Recreation/City of Charlottesville, Cville Craftacular and the Itty Bitty Makers Committee) will not be liable for any loss or damage to your products, display or personal injuries. SET UP WILL SATURDAY MORNING 12/9 BEGINNING AT 7 AM - THERE IS NO FRIDAY OPTION FOR SET UP. You must be set up and prepared to sell at 10 am when the event opens to the public. 90 minutes is allotted at the end of the event for take-down and clean up. You are responsible for collecting and submitting all applicable sales taxes. While not required, you are strongly encouraged to provide one handmade item for the event giveaway that will be used to promote the event in the weeks leading up to the show. By submitting this application you agree that you have read all the fine print, and you agree to comply with all of Cville Craftacular rules and guidelines.
